To begin the enrollment process at Irina’s Childcare, parents are required to complete and submit both registration and medical forms. It’s important to note that the medical forms must include a signature from a physician. Please ensure all necessary paperwork is finalized and returned to us on your child’s first day attending our facility. The specific hours and schedule for your child’s care will be determined according to the details outlined in the Parents/Provider agreement established upon enrollment.

Securing your child’s spot involves a financial commitment in the form of a deposit, equivalent to one month’s fee, which is due upon enrollment. This deposit can be refunded if you provide a written notice of withdrawal at least two months in advance. However, if the notice period is less than two months, the deposit will be forfeited. All requests for deposit refunds upon withdrawal must be submitted in writing.

Our payment policy requires that tuition fees be paid in full, covering all scheduled days, including any time missed due to vacations, holidays, sick days, or other absences. We are unable to offer refunds or make-up days for missed time. This policy is in place because we reserve your child’s specific spot within our program, making it unavailable for short-term occupancy by another child, regardless of attendance on any given day.
